Ryan serves as the president of GLAA and GRAA, and founded Dealer Preferred Capital in 2013. Before he became involved in the auto industry, he served as Vice President of Alix Partners. Early in his career, Ryan was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Ryan has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. Ryan also sits on various boards including the Auction Edge board and ServNet. His goal for GLAA is to provide customers an auction experience that is second to none, by staying innovative in a rapidly changing industry.

Chad has been a proud member of the auto industry since 1997 when he began working in the detail department at the Greater Rockford Auto Auction (GRAA). He has held various positions at GRAA including in detail, fleet/ lease, and the sales department. Chad became General Manager at GRAA in 2014. Additionally, upon the opening of GLAA in November 2022, Chad became Vice President. Chad has his MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BA in Management/ Marketing from Concordia University Wisconsin. He believes in placing the customer first by working consistently to develop more opportunities, provide technological advancement and keep the promise of an exciting and productive weekly sale with talented, loyal staff. Chad also sits on the NAAA Midwest Chapter Board and the IARA Board of Directors. His goal for GLAA is to maintain excellence in customer service, while continuing to move forward and be innovative in the auction industry.

GLAA welcomed Heath to the team in 2023 as General Manager. Prior to his time at GLAA he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a Middle East focus from the University of Memphis. Heath started in the auto industry in 2012 as a retail sales representative before making the transition to the auction industry. Heath joined the team with both sales and operations experience from the former Memphis Auto Auction, now called United Auto Exchange, and with Coca-Cola in Jackson, WY. His goal at Great Lakes is to develop customer relations while continuously building a weekly sale that enhances the customer experience for continued growth.
